Requirements for DXB Arrivals

1) All UAE Visa Holders (i.e. Employment Visa, Short Stay/Long Stay Visa, Visit Visa, Residence Visa newly issued…etc.,) are accepted on DXB flights.

• ICA self-declaration form is mandatory to fill. Follow the link https://bit.ly/3zFDfX1
• PCR test report within 48 Hrs.
• Rapid antigen rest reports happen at the airport within 6 Hrs.
• Return ticket with OKTB
• Valid visa and ticket.
• Vaccination certificate approved by UAE.

• GDRFA: Return Permit for Resident outside UAE form which is issued to the passenger(s) from: https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitService.aspx
• ICA: Return Permit for Resident outside UAE form which is issued to the passenger(s) from: https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae

PCR TEST:

Negative Covid-19 Test (RT-PCR) Report 48 hours prior to Departure issued from approved Labs with QR code.

RAPID PCR TEST:

RAPID PCR test conducted within 06 Hours before DEP, this facility is now available with approved labs at All Airports in Pakistan.

NOTE:

1. Passengers should Report at Airport 07 hours prior to DEP for the RAPID PCR Test.
2. Undergo a PCR test at the arriving airport.
3. PCR Not Required for Children below 12 Years.

Requirement for SHJ / RKT Arrivals

All UAE Visa Holders (i.e. Employment Visa, Short Stay/Long Stay Visa, Visit Visa, Residence Visa newly issued…etc.,) are accepted on PAK-SHJ/RKT flights.

• GDRFA: Return Permit for Resident outside UAE form” which is issued to the passenger(s) from:

• ICA: Return Permit for Resident outside UAE form” which is issued to the passenger(s) from: https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae

Fully Vaccinated with one of the WHO-approved COVID-19 Vaccines (Second Vaccination Dose must be at least 14 Days before Travel).

Vaccination Exempted Categories holding Valid UAE resident visas are allowed:

• Medical staff working in UAE including the doctors, nurses, and technicians.
• Education sector staff, including teachers of universities, colleges, schools, and institutes.
• Students currently studying in UAE.
• Humanitarian cases (for families’ reunion.
• The governmental staff of federal and local entities.
• Medical treatment cases in UAE.
